Job summary
In this role you will be working closely with the finance and accounting (F&A) teams in Macao and Group’s subsidiaries around the globe delivering daily accounting operations and month end close for your supervisor.
You will be reporting to F&A manager on all F&A functions as appropriate. After proper training, you will be responsible for journals, reconciliations, balance sheet and P&L review, accruals and month end reports.
Responsibilities
- Preparing month end reports
- Assisting in preparing group reporting packs
- Responding to financial inquiries
- Month end reconciliations (debtors, creditors, bank accounts, intercompany accounts, etc.)
- Creating and maintaining spreadsheets and/or databases to record, monitor and compile information
- Assisting in the audit compliance and internal control responsibilities
- Assist in preparing financial forecasts
- Managing the delivery of monthly financial statements to strict deadlines

- Ad hoc duties to support the team
- Good team member and eager to work with other colleagues
- Attentive to details and self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility
Requirements
- University graduate
- 1-2 years working experience as a Financial Accountant
- Fresh graduate (major in finance, accounting, or other business-related disciplines) is also welcome
- Advanced Excel skills
We offer 5-day week, 16k-20k basic salary based on your experience and/or education background + competitive benefit package and good career prospects to the right candidate.
