• Provide support services for air operators, travel agents, and relevant government bureaus and departments regarding various aviation-related systems.

• Answer queries and handle problems, including on-site troubleshooting and fixing application problems.

• Contact, coordinate, and collaborate with relevant parties to resolve issues.

• Monitor and analyze the organization’s network infrastructure, including firewalls, routers, and switches;
• Work with vendor to resolve network problems, conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify and mitigate network security risks;

• A taxable monthly salary ranging from MOP34,780 to MOP52,640 (index 370 – 560).

• Provide technical support to assist our customer in system and technical enquiries
