- 教授職級的薪俸點為770點至1030點（每1薪俸點相等於澳門元94元），稅前年薪為澳門元1,013,320元至1,355,480元（1美元約為8澳門元），薪俸職階根據受聘人的學術資格、高等教育教學經驗及/或專業工作經歷確定，並享有現行澳門理工大學《人事章程》規定的福利和津貼，包括公積金、醫療、房屋、家庭津貼等。
