Job Responsibilities and Descriptions：

• Liaise and coordinate with user departments to elicit business requirements, translate operational needs into clear system specifications, and support IT project implementation, testing and documentation.);
• Manage system vendors and maintenance contractors, oversee system support, fault resolution and maintenance services, and ensure compliance with contracts, SLAs, company policies and standards;
• Plan and manage the full lifecycle of IT systems, including system planning, deployment, operation, upgrade, maintenance and decommissioning, and maintain accurate system inventory, diagrams and operational documentation;
• Assist in system security assessments, risk mitigation and infrastructure monitoring, respond to security incidents, review technical documents, and ensure stable, secure and compliant system operation. 
   

Requirements：

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or equivalent fields;
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in IT system support, vendor coordination or system administration;
• Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills when interacting with internal teams and external vendors;
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure in a fast-paced environment; proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
