We are driving transformation for the future of Procurement. As a Procurement Operations Senior Manager, you will lead end to end operations, ensure compliance, and deliver measurable results. You will champion efficiency through digital transformation, build strong supplier partnerships, and align procurement with strategic goals. Roles and Responsibilities

• To lead and oversee end-to-end procurement operations and ensure achievement of departmental KPIs and objectives
• To ensure compliance with company policies, procurement procedures, regulatory requirements and ethical standards
• To identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency and excellence
• To actively support digital transformation and procurement transformation initiatives
• To develop and maintain strategic supplier relationships to ensure supply reliability, service quality and performance
• To monitor procurement, spending, cost-saving initiatives and supplier performance management
• To collaborate with category managers and internal stakeholders to align procurement operations with business and strategic objectives
• To drive category strategy development, strengthen supply resilience and champion sustainable procurement adoption
• To lead, coach and develop the procurement team while fostering a culture of excellence, learning and value creation

Requirements

• Qualification
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred
  • Professional procurement certifications such as CIPS, ISM or equivalent are highly desirable

• Processional Related Working Experience
  • Minimum 12 years of procurement or supply chain management experience, with at least 8 years in a leadership role
  • Proven expertise in procurement operations, category management and supply resilience initiatives
  • Experience with ERP systems, procurement platforms and digital tools projects
  • Exposure to sustainable procurement, responsible sourcing and supplier relationship management are an advantage

• Computer Literacy
  • Proficiency in MS Office 365 and procurement-related digital systems and platforms

• Language Skills
  • Proficient in Chinese and English writing
  • Proficient in spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English

• Others
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent negotiation, communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Open-minded and capable of driving organizational and operational transformation
