Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage simple purchase / service enquiries and orders and assist with tendering procedures 
• Provide general administrative support including managing correspondence and electronic & physical filing systems, liaise meetings / conferences with external and internal parties, etc. 
• Coordinate the daily operation for the department, maintain office supplies inventory, order supplies as needed, and ensure the office is clean and organized 
• Assist in the preparation of import/export licenses and provide support in the handling of logistics and related documents
• Handle the process petty cash

Requirements:

Qualification

• High school diploma or above

Experience

• One to two years of experience in administrative role
• Experience in dealing with import and export activities is a definite advantage

Computer Literacy

• Understanding of Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
• Ability in English/Chinese word processing
• Experience with SAP is a definite advantage

Language Skills

• Proficient in written and spoken Chinese and English
• Good command of Mandarin is required

Others

• Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Ability to prioritize work and ensure timelines are adhered to
• Possessing a positive attitude and having a willingness to learn
