Executive Officer

Qualifications:

• Ÿ University graduate from management, MICE or related discipline
• Ÿ Customer service and details oriented
• Ÿ Sense of project ownership
• Ÿ Outstanding interpersonal & communication skills
• Ÿ Able to work independently and under pressure
• Ÿ Experience in training and/or project execution is preferred
• Ÿ Good command of Written and spoken English and Chinese, proficient in Mandarin
• Ÿ Familiar with Microsoft Office, digital loyalty concepts and social media platforms
• Ÿ Occasional travel to Greater Bay Area is required
• Ÿ 3 years of concrete working experience on event organizing and production
• Ÿ Immediately available and able to be an emcee are highly preferred
