Heliport Supervisor (Ref. 196/2025)

Job Responsibilities and Descriptions：

• Coordinating and supervising all activities of the heliport;
• Manage scheduling and logistics for helicopter services;
• Monitor compliance of all applicable regulations and standard;
• Conduct risk assessments and implement emergency procedures;
• Conduct regular inspections of heliport facilities and equipment;
• Assist in scheduling staff and maintaining records;
• Collect financial and performance data for reports;
• Handle ad-hoc arrangements as needed;
• Address and resolve any operational issues or customer concerns promptly.

Requirements：

• Secondary school graduate, degree in aviation management or related field preferred;
• Familiar with Microsoft office automation packages;
• Good command of written and spoken English and preferably another language (Chinese or Portuguese);
• Good Interpersonal and Communication skill, Planning skills and Organization skill, Problem Solving skills, Leadership and Teamwork skills;
• Ability to work alone and under pressure;
• At Least 3 years as Heliport Operations or Passenger Services Officer or at least 5 years in Heliport or Fixed-Base Operator related field;
• Must be available to work on shifts.
