Job Descriptions:

• Perform general personnel / administrative duties related to the daily operation of the Personnel & Training Division;
• Coordinate staff activities and facilitate training actions;
• Handle incoming and outgoing documents, record and maintain filing system;
• Monitor and order for office stationery and personnel related supplies;
• Perform other administrative tasks and inter unit duties;
• Assist implementation of HR initiatives, systems and ad-hoc tasks upon request.
   

Requirement:

• University graduate preferably in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines;
• At least 2 years working experiences in HR/Personnel field;
• Strong written and verbal communication in both English and Chinese;
• Accuracy, detail-oriented and strong sense of responsibilities;
• Knowledge of Macao Labor Law and legislation;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point);
• Position offer may depend on candidate’s qualification and work experience.
