Job Descriptions:
- Performs the general secretarial / administrative duties of the department and coordinates all the supporting activities to the daily operation of the department;
- Assist for cost control and contract administrative supports to the execution of project portfolio;
- Articulates and communicates with internal and external entities for any necessary interfacing;
- Assists the superior in any specific matter as required.
Requirements:
- University Graduate, major in Engineering is advantageous;
- At least 2 years of administrative working experience;
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
- Administration Training;
- Interpersonal Skills, knowledge in Microsoft Office.
