Roles and Responsibilities

• To coordinate departmental administrative works
• To perform secretariat work for departmental director
• To coordinate and implement marketing / public relations activities and collaterals to promote corporate image
• To draft and prepare corporate communications materials
• To work with local advertising agencies on execution
• To act as an EMCEE in corporate events

Requirements

• Qualification
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Communication, English/Chinese Literature, Journalism, Management, Marketing or related disciplines
• Computer Literacy
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
  • Sound knowledge in computer design applications
• Language Skills
  • Proficient in Chinese and English writing
  • Proficient in spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Others
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • High independence with problem solving mindset
  • Strong creativity, organization and execution skills
  • Outing, attention to detail and able to multitask and prioritize projects
