• Implementation of maintenance activities and ensuring the application of good maintenance standards, regulations and practices, as well as, the inspection and control of the Maintenance Service Contractors, logistic analysis and development of studies.

The Finance Director will play a pivotal role in the setup and strategic planning of financial matters in the Cargo Terminal Logistics Center in Hengqin promoted by CAM. This role will involve setting up financial systems, establishing financial procedures, and ensuring the financial viability of the project from the ground up.

• Assist with the preparation for tender documents, contracts and other relevant documents;
• Prepare correspondence, reports and other documentation;
• Translate documents;

• Perform full spectrum of HR functions for the team including recruitment, benefit management, employee relationships and personnel administration;
• Assist in performance management processes, disciplinary and grievance issues;
• Support in reviewing and writing personnel policies, procedures and practice, recommend changes and modification.
