Key Responsibilities:

  • To drive business opportunities by identifying potential corporate clients to achieve sales & revenue targets;
  • To develop strategic relationship with internal and external stakeholders to drive sales opportunities;
  • To identify and develop new business opportunities in corporate sector and to ensure a long-term business partnership with corporate clients and to achieve business goals;
  • To develop sales plan, formulate and implement sales & marketing plans and strategy for target corporate clients;
  • Serve as the primary contact point of key corporate clients, to build and maintain strong relationships with them in order to strengthen customer loyalty;
  • Keep abreast with the market’s latest development to ensure the company's strategies align with the market trend.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Management, Information Systems or relevant disciplines;
  • Minimum 3 years related experience in HR consultancy / IT industry;
  • Proven sales track record with ERP systems / HRMS;
  • Sound knowledge in ERP / HCM products (e.g. Workday, SAP HCM, Ceridian Dayforce etc.) and HRMS Solutions;
  • Hands on experiences of developing new markets;
  • Able to establish solid partnership with senior management;
  • Excellent interpersonal, organization, negotiation and presentation skills;
  • Positive mindset, Self-drive, result-oriented, high level of initiative and integrity;
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Account Manager.
