Job Responsibilities and Descriptions:

• Preparing accounting records of business transactions;
• Handling accounts payable and receivable;
• Updating fixed assets records, monitor and control WIP;
• Preparing financial reports;
• Analysis and preparation of budget;
• Provide administrative support;
• Conduct other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• University graduate, major in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration;
• At least 3 years working experience in financial or accounting field;
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese languages;
• Competent in the use of office suit software (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point);
• Certificate in Accounting is an advantageous qualification;
• Preference will be given to those candidates with hands-on experience in SAP.

Skills/Abilities:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work;
• Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks;
• Team player with effective communication skills.
