Job Responsibilities and Descriptions：
- Handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls;
- Report any malfunction of the PABX system;
- Assist in disseminating information under emergency situations;
- Provide information guidance and assist to public and passengers.
Requirements：
- Graduate of Secondary School;
- Relevant working experience is preferable;
- Good command of spoken Cantonese, Mandarin, English and preferably another language (Portuguese);
- Interpersonal skills, teamwork skills, accuracy and customer awareness;
- Ability to handle high volume, fast paced calls while efficiently operating computerized directories and switchboards;
- Shift working is required.
