Roles and Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end procurement processes (RFQs, negotiations, contract management) while optimizing supplier relationships
• Act as Business Partner to internal and external stakeholders throughout the procurement process to actively ensure timely resolution of conflicts or issues
• Participate in procurement excellence initiatives on category management, digital procurement, sustainable procurement for career growth and business transformation
• Analyze and improve supply resilience and cost-effectiveness on assigned categories
• Prepare and deliver monthly procurement reports, sourcing strategies, and ESG initiatives to related stakeholders
   

Requirements

• Qualification
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Law, Commerce, Electronics or Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Computer Literacy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word - including Chinese word processing, and PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with sourcing, vendor management, and relevant procurement software
  • Knowledge of Power BI or other dashboard/reporting tools is an advantage
• Language Skills
  • Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese and English
  • Fluency in Mandarin is a definite advantage
• Others
  • Working experience in Procurement and Supply Chain Management is preferred
  • Solid experience with Category Management or Supply Market Analysis is a definite advantage
  • Knowledge of Macau related law, company ordinance and corporate/commercial law is preferred
  • Demonstrates readiness to handle challenging situations while maintaining flexibility and a strong capacity to learn and adjust to evolving circumstances
  • Meticulous, analytical, and well-organized with strong problem-solving skills
  • With curiosity, able to grasp market dynamics and make sound business judgment
  • Satisfactory communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity
