Roles and Responsibilities

• Building Systems & Maintenance – Monitor and maintain HVAC, security, fire, water, electrical, lighting, lifts; execute preventive/corrective maintenance; manage spare parts
• Projects, Improvements & Contractors – Lead energy-efficient equipment replacement projects; perform root cause analysis; supervise outsourced services and monitor SLAs/KPIs
• Compliance, Safety & Quality – Ensure regulatory and safety compliance; conduct audits and inspections; address emergencies; oversee installation and repair quality
• Digital Solutions & Sustainability – Implement IoT, automation, and analytics tools; support energy upgrades and green building certification
• Reporting, Documentation & Stakeholder Coordination – Monitor KPIs; prepare reports; maintain records and as-built drawings; assist with budgets; liaise with internal/external parties
   

Requirements

• Qualification
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services Engineering
  • Holder of Macau Registered Engineer Certificate is an advantage
  • Possess at least 3 years of experience in building facilities maintenance
  • Proven experience in equipment replacement projects
  • Familiarity with green building certification (e.g., WELL, LEED) is an advantage
• Computer Literacy
  • Proficient in Auto-CAD, Office 365 and Chinese Word Processing
  • Knowledge of data analytics tools for KPI tracking is advantageous
• Language Skills
  • Proficient in spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • Proficient in Chinese and English writing
• Others
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Proactive, adaptable, and collaborative with good leadership
  • Knowledge of safety regulations, building codes, and greens standards
  • Possess valid driving license of light vehicle and Occupational Safety Card
