PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as the consulting lead for CRM initiatives, advising on solution design, customization, and implementation strategies.
- Partner with business stakeholders and BA teams to analyze, validate, and refine requirements into actionable solution roadmaps.
- Translate business needs into feasible, compliant application requirements aligned with Dynamics 365 standards.
- Provide architectural recommendations and system design proposals, guiding development teams through execution.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, presenting solution options and ensuring alignment with business goals.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Deep expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM, with both product knowledge and technical architecture experience.
- Proven track record in consulting, project delivery, and stakeholder management.
- Strong communication skills: fluent in English and Chinese (written and spoken) is mandatory; effective negotiation and documentation abilities required.
- Experience in retail industry or loyalty marketing is a strong advantage.
- Location flexibility: based in Macao or Zhuhai preferred; remote consultancy acceptable for highly qualified candidates.
