PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work closely with executives, marketing, sales, and product teams to understand business objectives and narrative logic, transforming them into impactful visual stories.
• Lead the visual design of various critical presentations, including but not limited to: sales proposals, product launches, executive keynote speeches, investor pitch decks, and marketing event presentations.
• Translate complex business processes, strategic frameworks, and dry data into easily understandable and engaging visual content through infographics, charts, icons, and animations. Ensure clear narrative logic and distinct visual hierarchy to effectively guide the audience and leave a lasting impression.
• Create, optimize, and maintain the company's global presentation template system, ensuring visual consistency and professionalism across all internal and external presentation materials. Provide presentation design guidance and support to other departments, enhancing communication quality and efficiency across the organization.
• Appropriately integrate video, audio, and motion graphics into presentations to enhance interactivity and professionalism.
• Utilize professional design skills to assist in completing design proposals required for tenders and the graphic design of company promotional materials, ensuring unified brand image.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Associate degree or higher in Advertising Design, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• One or more years of relevant design work experience, with a portfolio that includes presentation design examples.
• Extreme proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Google Slides. Familiarity with Apple Keynote is preferred. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) for creating custom graphics, image processing, and visual optimization.
• Basic motion graphics design skills, with the ability to use advanced PowerPoint/Keynote animations or After Effects to create smooth transitions and explanatory animations.
• Passion for design work, active thinking, creativity, and the ability to independently translate abstract concepts into persuasive visual solutions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work under pressure and deliver high-quality designs within tight deadlines. Proactive in identifying problems and driving solutions.
