Roles and Responsibilities

• To support the planning, design, construction and maintenance of CEM’s Transmission and Distribution Power Network in compliance with statutory and CEM requirements
• To plan CEM's network development including refurbishment, renewal, diversion, upgrading and reinforcement, to provide adequate and reliable supply and maintain the integrity of CEM network
• To conduct maintenance work, commissioning tests and LOTO to HV, MV and LV cables
• To implement safety measures and to ensure adherence to safety protocols during all construction and maintenance activities
• To initiate communication and cooperation with the Government and other utilities for CEM’s infrastructure development
• To control and monitor contractors and ensure they comply with CEM's contractual obligations
• To be responsible for the preventative maintenance of the public lighting network, including associated equipment, in accordance with Government's requirement
• To collect and analyze maintenance data, and prepare detailed reports including maintenance logs, performance evaluations and project summaries
• To provide on-duty service during non-office hour

Requirements

• Qualification
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering or related disciplines
  • Holder of Macau Registered Engineer Certificate is an advantage
• Computer Literacy
  • Proficient in MS Office 365, AutoCAD and Chinese Word Processing
  • Satisfactory level of literacy in information Technology
• Language Skills
  • Proficient in Chinese and English writing
  • Proficient in spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Others
  • Adequate knowledge of regulations related to engineering work, road work, etc.
  • Professional, proactive, self-motivated, enthusiastic and a strong team player
  • Outstanding interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Good analytical, problem-solving and report writing skills
  • Possesses a valid Macau light vehicle driving license and Occupational Safety Card
  • Relevant working experience is preferred
