202632-ETSCEN Civil Engineer of Power Station

Roles and Responsibilities

• To conduct inspections and technical assessments of civil infrastructure within the power plant to ensure structural integrity, operational safety, and regulatory compliance
• To investigate civil related issues affecting plant structures, equipment foundations, or access systems, and recommend timely, cost-effective remedial actions
• To be responsible for the planning of civil works by defining scope, reviewing initial requirements, drafting specifications, tender evaluation and justifying budget estimates for maintenance, repairs, and capital upgrades essential to plant reliability
• To manage external contractors performing civil works on site, ensuring minimal disruption to plant operations and strict adherence to safety and quality standards
• To review and justify the technical documents including work methods and engineering drawings
• To monitor field data and maintain civil asset records to support infrastructure integrity, operational planning, and compliance with company's safety and environmental policies
• To support the preparation of technical and progress report as required

Requirements

• Qualification
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Civil Engineering or related disciplines
  • Holder of Professional Certifications such as Macau Registered Engineer will be an advantage
  • Experience in handling project licensing procedures with the Land and Urban Construction Bureau (DSSCU) will be an advantage
• Computer Literacy
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
• Language Skills
  • Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
  • Mandarin proficiency is an advantage
• Others
  • Possesses valid Macau driving license of light vehicle and Occupational Safety Card
  • At least 3 years of experience in civil construction or maintenance
