Roles and Responsibilities

• Support the development and roll out the Sustainable Procurement policy, framework, strategy and guidelines
• Collaborate with taskforces to embed ESG practices into category strategies, strategic sourcing and supplier management
• Collect and analyze data to track sustainable procurement metrics and KPIs
• Coordinate and lead to promote sustainable procurement initiatives, ensuring stakeholders buy-in and collaboration to create impact

Requirements

• Qualification
  • Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Specialized training or certification in sustainable procurement, ESG, or responsible sourcing (ISO 20400, GRI, CIPS, ISM, UN SDGs, etc.) is an advantage
• Computer Literacy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of Power BI or Pythons is an advantage
• Language Skills
  • Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese and English
  • Fluency in Mandarin is a definite advantage
• Others
  • 3 years of hands-on experience in sustainability initiatives, ESG programs, or responsible sourcing projects
  • Exposure to procurement or supply chain processes is a plus, but not a primary requirement
  • Ability to translate sustainability goals into practical procurement initiatives and metrics
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with procurement teams, internal user departments and external stakeholders
  • Passion for sustainability and willingness to grow into procurement excellence
