Role Overview:
This role will play a crucial role in providing all necessary operations and administrative support to all departments and the office. He/she will also be responsible for human resources related functions to ensure a positive and productive work environment as well as optimizing human capital for the company.
Job Description:
- Handle full spectrum of Human Resources roles & responsibilities, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training and development.
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the departments and managements.
- Oversees and manage the daily pre-sales and post-sales operations.
- Provide day-to-day corporate secretarial support and handle ad hoc assignments and projects as required by management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree holder, preferably in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
- Prior human resources & administration experience is an advantage.
- Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and related statutory regulations.
- Strong business acumen with excellent analytical, problem-solving & decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, MS Word, Chinese Word Processing and HRMS
- Good command of both written and spoken in English and Chinese

- 具備敏銳的商業觸覺,出色的分析、解決問題及決策能力。
- 熟練操作Excel、MS Word、中文文書處理及人力資源管理系統 (HRMS)
- 具良好的中英文書寫及口語溝通能力
